O2 Users - What Now?

Posted on Dec 04,2013 By Admin

Dear Customers

You will already be aware of the recent O2 announcement, regarding special numbers (http://www.o2.co.uk/support/generalhelp/howdoi/ngnchange). According to their site, our present O2 access numbers have become chargeable from midnight 3 December 2013 on O2 contracts.

Please read our Terms and Conditions

  • We have deleted all O2 mappings so O2 users do not get charged by their network
  • We have closed O2 for all future mappings.

We have had thousands of requests from worried O2 customers wanting to know how they can continue to use IICalls to make international calls. We have been reliably informed that there will be no more inclusive O2 ranges available for the foreseeable future. As always, we have found a solution for you:

We have partnered with Digital Calling Cards. They promise to provide high quality international routes for the lowest prices. And as a special gift, they are offering FREE 5 minute calling time to any new registrations so customers can test the quality for themselves.

We are always trying to bring the best levels of customer service to our customers. For example, we have opened up Pakistan on 3/12/13 making us the only service that allows free international calls to Pakistan!

Happy calling!

Thanks.
