IICalls Terms & Conditions
Callers must have bill payer's permission before using the inclusive international calls (IICalls) service. All calls may be billed by your mobile service provider and may be included in your free or inclusive minutes. IICalls does not bill you for this Service.
Depending on available ranges, the IICalls service is available on O2, Vodafone, EE, 3 and several landline networks ("Provider") and is supplied by IICalls (“IICalls”, “us”, “our” or “we”). The IICalls service utilises mobile phone numbers (“Access Numbers”) and provides them to the customer (“you”), to access our Service(s). These Access Numbers can be used with all mobile phone networks but may be chargeable. The Provider may remove the access numbers from your free or inclusive minutes at any time and it is the customers sole responsibility to know how much they will be charged when calling these access numbers. IICalls takes no responsibility and is not liable for any charge you receive for using the IICalls Service.
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service constitute your agreement with IICalls (“IICalls”, “us”, “our” or “we”) Product(s) and Service(s).
"Access Number": IICalls Access Number(s) is a phone number provided by us that you must use to access the service. Calls to the Access Number may be included in the bill payer’s inclusive minutes, but may also be billed to the bill payer by the bill payer's existing mobile network. From time to time, IICalls may issue you with an Access Number for a top-up service, along with another Access Number to make your call.
"Product(s) and Service(s)" is the IICalls inclusive international calls Service which is intended to be used from a mobile phone in the UK and allows the Customer to make telephone calls via an Access Number.
“Site”/”Website” means www.inclusiveinternationalcalls.com and all pages, the information contained on those pages, images, videos or other digital assets that are relative to the Site.
“Provider” is the bill payer’s mobile phone network.
"Terms of Service" are the terms governing the relationship between You and Us under which We will provide access to and use of our Website, our Products and Services and any other information and services offered via our Website.
"We"/"us"/"our" means TA Media Limited, Registered at 17 Wellington Street, Ripley, Derbyshire, DE5 3EH.
"You"/"your"/"Customer" shall mean any person that users any of the Products or Services promoted on www.inclusiveinternationalcalls.com, and includes any person enabled or permitted by the Customer to use these Products and Services.
Acceptance of Terms
If you are residing in a jurisdiction where it is prohibited by law to offer or use our Products or Services, you may not enter into this Agreement.
Your access to and use of a service provided by a third party service or content provider, including but not limited to your local mobile operator ("Provider"), may be subject to the Provider’s terms and conditions. For the avoidance of doubt in using any such Provider service you will still be bound by these Terms of Service to the extent they are applicable. As soon as your call is connected to a phone number provided by IICalls, the call may be charged by your Provider, regardless of whether you are connected to the receiver of the call.
Use of IICalls Services
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view and use Our Products and Services and the Content (as defined in the following) via your mobile phone for and subject to your compliance with these Terms of Service.
No Unlawful or Prohibited Use
You expressly acknowledge and agree to use any Our Products Services solely for lawful purposes. In this respect you may not, without limitation (a) intercept or monitor, damage or modify any communication which is not intended for you, (b) send any unsolicited commercial communication not permitted by applicable law, (c) use any IICalls Service in any fraudulent way, (d) expose any third party to material which is offensive, harmful to minors, indecent or otherwise objectionable. Further, you may not use any IICalls Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any IICalls server, or the network(s) connected to any IICalls server, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the IICalls Services.
Submission of Information to IICalls
Disclosure of Information
IICalls reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as IICalls deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in IICalls’ sole discretion.
IICalls does not make any express warranty regarding Our Products and Services and disclaim any implied warranty, including any warranty of merchantability, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose; however IICalls shall endeavour to provide Our Products and Services with minimum disruptions. IICalls cannot guarantee that Our Products and Services will always function without disruptions, delay or other imperfections and IICalls may choose not to provide service to countries or calling areas at its sole discretion. Since Our Products and Services will be transmitted through public Internet lines and the public switched telephony network, you acknowledge that there may be power outages or Internet service disruption and you may experience some disruptions in Our Products and Services, e.g. packet loss and delay.
Additionally, you also understand that calls to or from the public switched telephony network are not encrypted and as such, could be potentially subject to eavesdropping by law enforcement officials or other third parties over the public Internet. IICalls will not be liable for any disruption, delays, eavesdropping or other omissions in Our Products and Services.
Suspension And Interruption
IICalls is entitled, without any liability, to refuse, restrict, limit, suspend and/or interfere or interrupt Our Products and Services or any part thereof, without any notice to you for the repair, improvement, and/or upgrade of Our Products and Services or for any of the reasons for termination set forth below in these Terms of Service. In addition, at any time IICalls may prevent use of Our Products and Services for any reason, including but not limited to, fraudulent calling patterns, excessive usage, billing irregularities and unlawful use.
The content of the communication is entirely the responsibility of the person from whom such content originated. You, therefore, may be exposed to content that is offensive, harmful, indecent or otherwise objectionable. IICalls will not be liable for any type of communication spread by means of Our Products and Services.
No Emergency Calls
Our Products and Services do not and are not intended to support or carry emergency calls to any type of hospitals, law enforcement agencies, medical care unit or any type of emergency services of any kind and IICalls is not liable in any manner for such calls. In the event that, with your permission, another user uses your Account (as defined in the following), you are responsible to inform that user that it is not possible to support or carry emergency calls with Our Products and Services.
No SMS, MMS or FAX messages
The Access Numbers provided by IICalls do not and are not intended to support messaging via SMS, MMS nor FAX. However, by using certain features of Our Products and Services on the Site you may be able to send SMS messages.
Access Numbers Provided by IICalls
You expressly acknowledge and agree that any Access Number(s) provided to you by IICalls are shared by multiple end-users. This means, without limitation, that you may not port-out any such IICalls Access Number(s) to any third party.
Intellectual Property Rights
All copyright, trademarks, patents and other intellectual property rights in any material or content (including without limitation software, data, applications, information, text, photographs, music, sound, videos, graphics, logos, symbols, artwork and other material or moving images) contained on Our Site or accessible via Our Products and Services ("Content") is owned by IICalls. All rights are expressly reserved. Furthermore, IICalls has the right to remove any materials posted to the Site in its sole discretion.
PAYMENT AND RATES
The IICalls service is designed to be used with pay monthly contracts from UK mobile and landline packages. You will need to have available inclusive minutes, and even then the access numbers may be chargeable by your network provider. All customers are strongly encouraged to first make a short (2 - 3 minute) daily call and check their bills the next day to see if the access range is chargeable. Failure to regularly check whether any and all Access Numbers issued by IICalls are chargeable by the Provider may result in mobile phone charges, and are the full responsibility of the bill payer.
It is very important that you update your member profile to identify your new network otherwise you may be charged by your new network because the existing access number is not compatible with your new network. TA Media cannot be held responsible for any customer charges resulting from incorrect membership details.
Roaming Charges are charged in addition to any charges you may incur when connecting to Our Products and Services from another country.
TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION
Our Products and Services Termination/Default
If you breach any representations to us or fail to perform any of the promises you made in the Terms of Service, or if you are subject to any proceeding under the bankruptcy acts or similar laws, you will be in default and we may, without notice to you, suspend Our Products and Services and/or terminate the Terms of Service.
Limitation of Liability
IICalls is not liable for acts or omissions of another Provider, for information provided through your Device, equipment failure or modification, or causes beyond our reasonable control. We are not liable for service outages nor for service limitations or interruptions. We are not liable for any accidents or incidents which result from the use of Our Products and Services by you or any other person. Our liability and the liability of any underlying Provider for any failure or mistake shall in no event exceed Our Products and Services charges during the affected period. We and any underlying Provider are not liable for any incidental, punitive or consequential damages such as lost profits. We, and any underlying Provider, are not liable for economic loss or injuries to persons or property arising from the use of Our Products and Services. This paragraph shall survive termination of the Terms of Service.
We may assign all or part of the Terms of Service without such assignment being considered change to the Terms of Service, and without notice to you. We are then released from all liability. You may not assign the Terms of Service without our prior written approval.
Applicable Law and Competent Court
The Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales without giving effect to the conflict of laws or provisions of England and Wales or your actual state or country of residence. Any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to this Agreement will be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the district of England and Wales.
These general Terms of Service represent the entire agreement between you and us and supersedes all prior offers, contracts, agreements and representations. The Terms of Service supersede all promises made to you by our client services agents, representatives or employees. If any part of the Terms of Service is found invalid, the balance remains enforceable.

By using Our Products and Services you acknowledge you are of legal age, or have the bill payer’s permission to use Our Products and Services, provided true information and are fully authorized to sign on behalf of any group requesting the service.
Information Collection and Use in General
IICalls uses your personal information to improve Our Products and Services and to offer more effective customer service. IICalls abides by applicable safe harbour frameworks regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information.
Sharing of your Personal Information
We will not disclose your personal information outside IICalls and its controlled subsidiaries and affiliates without your consent, except as described in this Policy Statement.
Some Our Products and Services may be offered in conjunction with another company. In such cases, both IICalls and the other company may receive information collected in conjunction with these co-branded services.
We may access and/or disclose your personal information if we believe such action is necessary to: (a) comply with the law or legal process served on IICalls; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of IICalls (including the enforcement of our agreements); or (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Our Products and Services or members of the public.
Accessing your Personal Information
Under the Data Protection Act you may request all personal information help by IICalls.
You can stop the delivery of future promotional e-mails from IICalls and services by following the specific instructions in the e-mail you receive. You may also have the option of proactively making choices about the communications you receive from IICalls, Our Products and Services or by visiting and signing into the Site. These communication choices do not apply to mandatory service communications that are considered part of certain Our Products and Services, which you may receive periodically unless you cancel the service.
Security of your Personal Information
IICalls uses advanced security technologies and procedures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access. Your details are stored on computer systems with limited access in controlled facilities. Your password helps protect your accounts and personal information, and therefore it is your responsibility to keep your password confidential. Do not share it with anyone, and make sure you log out before leaving the Site.
