Mappings - Please Read

Dear Customers We have had a number of queries from a few people stating that their access numbers are not working. This may be due to the access numbers being out of date. If you are having problems connecting with your access numbers, simply login into your IICalls account and delete the existing mapped number. Then add the number again and this will generate a new working access number for you. Then you can start to make your FREE international calls. Please ensure you regularly make a short test call to ensure that your access number is not being charged by your network. Please also read our T&Cs . The IICalls Technical Team

New Ranges!

Its been a while since our last update as we have had to manage the phenomenal growth of IICalls. This has meant that we have had to restrict growth by limiting new mappings, and any new registered users have been unable to obtain access numbers. Well, now we are back! If you registered for IICalls for the first time in the last 2 months, you wont have been able to obtain any access numbers. Similarly, if you were an existing customer, you were unable to add any additional contacts. Simply login into your IICalls account, and now you are able to map new numbers (upto 100 unique contacts) and obtain working access numbers to enable you make FREE international calls using your inclusive minutes. Disappearing Orange Mappings

Dear Customers If you are an Orange customer, you may have noticed that your access numbers may have disappeared from the system. This is because we have changed our Orange access range. Deletion of Old Numbers

Dear Customers We have had to suspend the addition of any new numbers (except on Orange) due to huge call traffic. Please note that if you delete any of your old numbers, then you will not be able to add them again. Certainly not until the suspension is lifted. So be very careful when deleting existing numbers! This doesn't apply to Orange users, who can still add up to 100 numbers! Thanks The IICalls Support Team

Add New Numbers on Orange now!

Dear Customers We have managed another quick fix to our hardware to cope with the additional traffic volumes. Therefore, we are now allowing customers on the Orange network only  to add new numbers. Simply go to http://www.inclusiveinternationalcalls.com/user-login.php and log in to your account. On this page, you can add your new international numbers. Please remember we are only letting Orange customers add new numbers at this stage. We will extend new numbers to other networks over the next few days, but have decided to phase this in one network at a time. Please watch the blog to see when this situation changes for all other networks. Dear Customers Due to our phenomenal growth, we are struggling to cope with the traffic you guys are throwing at us - even with the system upgrade we made last week. With the huge call traffic slowing the system down for everyone, we have had to make a judgement call. We have decided to stop any new number mappings immediately, until further notice. IICalls Temporarily Down

Dear Customers The FREE international calls service from IICalls is temporarily down for urgent maintenance. Due to our massive growth in calls traffic, we have had to upgrade our hardware. Three Range - Latest
