Many of you - our loyal customers - have told us you are frustrated that we cannot issue you with an access number to make FREE international calls because we are limited by capacity. Many of you have also said that you are willing to have even just one access number.
So we have listened to you and decided that it is better to share the existing capacity we have amongst ALL customers. So we will now give more customers fewer access numbers, effectively spreading our existing capacity over more customers.
The way we have decided to manage this is:
- All new users are limited to a maximum 5 access numbers each.
- Existing users can retain their access numbers, but they will need to delete access numbers before they will be allowed to add any new numbers.
New mappings will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Simply go to login page and log in to your account. On this page, you can add your new international numbers.
As always, we advise you to make short test calls to your access numbers regularly to ensure that you are not being charged by your network.
