Inclusive International Calls using 3 mobile: New Three Range – update 2

In order to facilitate our members using 3 mobile service, we had launched our inclusive range yesterday. It has been brought to our attention that 3 are charging certain users on this inclusive range. Whether that number range is chargeable seems to be dependent on the specific type of 3 contract a user has. We don’t want our customers to be unhappy, and indeed our reason for launching IICalls in the first place was to bring FREE international calls to all. So we have an alternative range for our 3 customers to use. This has been tested extensively by our engineers and is believed to be free to all 3 users. You need to log-in to your account on and delete all of your international destination numbers. Then add the international destination numbers one-by-one again, and our system will automatically assign you a new access number from our new inclusive 3 range. Then you are ready to make your FREE international call. However, as always please make a short test call first to ensure that the call is coming out of your inclusive minutes, and that you are not being charged.
