Dear Customers We have had a number of queries from a few people stating that their access numbers are not working. This may be due to the access numbers being out of date. If you are having problems connecting with your access numbers, simply login into your IICalls account and delete the existing mapped number. Then add the number again and this will generate a new working access number for you. Then you can start to make your FREE international calls. Please ensure you regularly make a short test call to ensure that your access number is not being charged by your network. Please also read our T&Cs . The IICalls Technical Team
