Vodafone - Technical Issues

Posted on Dec 10,2013 By Admin

Dear Customers

Due to huge caller volume from new Vodafone users on IICalls, we are experiencing technical issues for existing and new mappings. We are currently trying to fix the issues but it may take some time. Please be patient and we will announce on here once the update to our system is complete.

Please note we are a free service, and as we continue to upgrade our systems to cope with the demand, we rely on donations. Please feel free to support IICalls. http://www.inclusiveinternationalcalls.com/donate.php

Thanks.

Pakistan Now Fixed

Posted on Dec 10,2013 By Admin

Dear Customers

After the huge demand we faced last week that broke our system, we have now managed to fix the Pakistan route so you can continue to make FREE international calls.

Simply go to http://www.inclusiveinternationalcalls.com/manage-my-numbers and add your Pakistan number. We don't currently support Pakistan landline, but 99% of the calls made to Pakistan are to mobiles anyway!

While we ensure that we fully test our access numbers on every network, we can not guarantee that they will be inclusive on every single contract on that network. Please read our Terms and Conditions and all other communication where we strongly advise our customers to make short, regular test calls to ensure they are not being charged by their network.

Happy calling...

Regards

The IICalls Management Team

O2 Users - What Now?

Posted on Dec 04,2013 By Admin

Dear Customers

You will already be aware of the recent O2 announcement, regarding special numbers (http://www.o2.co.uk/support/generalhelp/howdoi/ngnchange). According to their site, our present O2 access numbers have become chargeable from midnight 3 December 2013 on O2 contracts.

Please read our Terms and Conditions

  • We have deleted all O2 mappings so O2 users do not get charged by their network
  • We have closed O2 for all future mappings.

We have had thousands of requests from worried O2 customers wanting to know how they can continue to use IICalls to make international calls. We have been reliably informed that there will be no more inclusive O2 ranges available for the foreseeable future. As always, we have found a solution for you:

We have partnered with Digital Calling Cards. They promise to provide high quality international routes for the lowest prices. And as a special gift, they are offering FREE 5 minute calling time to any new registrations so customers can test the quality for themselves.

We are always trying to bring the best levels of customer service to our customers. For example, we have opened up Pakistan on 3/12/13 making us the only service that allows free international calls to Pakistan!

Happy calling!

Thanks.

Pakistan Open Now

Posted on Dec 03,2013 By Admin

Dear Customers

Yes, the technical geeks at IICalls have done it again! After 12 months absence, Pakistan is finally available again on IICalls.

The Pakistan Telecoms Tax that all international carriers are legally forced to put on every international call since November 2012 has meant it has become very expensive to call Pakistan. Even the cheapest dialling cards cost 6p/min to call Pakistan.

We have managed - we cant tell you how because its a secret - to get the Pakistan route working on IICalls. This means that if IICalls supports your network, you can now enjoy FREE international calls to Pakistan.

Please visit our Terms & Conditions page and read and all other communication where we strongly advise our customers to make short, regular test calls to ensure they are not being charged by their network.

Happy calling...
