Dear Customers You may be aware that the route to Pakistan has had problems recently, and it may have been difficult for you to connect to your destination. We are aware of this issue and have been working hard to provide you with a better quality route. To solve this problem, we have briefly suspended calls to Pakistan. Although this may come as a disappointment, this is only a temporary matter, and calls will resume as soon as possible. We will notify you as soon as calls to Pakistan can resume, please be patient.

This was due to Pakistan Telecommunication Authority’s (PTA) decision to implement the international clearing house (ICH) regime. Well, our engineers have worked their magic again and managed to find a cheap route so you can enjoy FREE inclusive calls to Pakistan again! Simply log into your IICalls account, and add new destination numbers for Pakistan to get your access code for that destination. Please be aware that all old access numbers will be invalid, and you will need to add all of your old destination numbers again. Even the cheapest calling card services are charging at least 7p per minute to Pakistan, yet you can enjoy FREE calls to Pakistan at http://www.inclusiveinternationalcalls.com. Pakistan - Temporary Suspension of Service

Dear Customers As of 3rd October, we are unable to provide Inclusive Calls to Pakistan until further notice. This is due to Pakistan Telecommunication Authority’s (PTA) decision to implement the international clearing house (ICH) regime (please read links below for details). This means call costs to Pakistan will rise by as much as 500% from this date, and so we can no longer service this route via IICalls until the Pakistan Government sees sense and reduces the buy rate for the country. This cost increase will affect every international calling service to Pakistan. These routes have risen in cost before, subsequently falling again, and we expect this to happen again as these rises are unsustainable. However, until normal IICalls service can be resumed - to ensure you get the cheapest available route to Pakistan in the market currently - we have set-up a Pakistan Call Through Number on: 0871 7051 786 (calls cost 10p/min from a landline, charges from mobile may vary). Congestion Issues - Pakistan

Dear Customers Since Monday, Pakistan is having congestion issues with regards to incoming calls. This is not an issue with just IICalls, but affects every telecoms provider routing calls to Pakistan. We have raised a support ticket with BT who are calls are sent through and they have responded by saying that they are aware of this and that the fault is being dealt with by Pakistan telecom companies.
