Dear Customers The FREE international calls service from IICalls is temporarily down for urgent maintenance. Due to our massive growth in calls traffic, we have had to upgrade our hardware. If we don't implement these changes now, our system will not be able to cope with the high call volume, and service will be compromised. Please check the blog for updates of when service will resume. T-Mobile Range - Please Read Before Using!

Dear Customers We have managed to obtain a range of access numbers that will allow some T-Mobile customers to make FREE international calls. However, whether the number range is chargeable seems to be dependent on the specific type of T-Mobile contract a user has. You need to log-in to your account at  http://www.inclusiveinternationalcalls.com/ and add your international destination numbers one-by-one. Our system will then automatically assign you a new access number from our new T-Mobile range. Then you are ready to make your FREE international call. However, as always please make a short test call first to ensure that the call is coming out of your inclusive minutes, and that you are not being charged. Regards The IICalls Technical Team

New Registrations Now Allowed!

Dear Customer We are delighted to announce that we have now lifted our suspension on new registrations at http://www.inclusiveinternationalcalls.com. Please login to your user account, using the password retrieval facility if required. Then enter your international destination numbers, and our system will allocate new access numbers to enable you to make FREE international calls. We have managed to upgrade our severs and hardware to cater for new customers. However, as we have so many new customers joining daily, this is only a temporary fix and we will soon reach our capacity again. If you wish to see this service continue long-term, please visit http://www.inclusiveinternationalcalls.com/donate. Remember, you don’t have to pay anything to still use this FREE service. Suspension of New Registrations

Dear Customer We are sad to announce that we are temporarily suspending all new registrations with immediate effect. Our servers can no longer cope with the additional traffic growth we are getting every day (a victim of our own success!), not to mention the strain on engineer time. We had two options:

  1. Continue accepting registrations, resulting in a compromised service for all users (old and new)
  2. Stop all new registrations, and focus on giving an excellent service to all existing users
We reluctantly decided on option 2 as we have to be fair to the users who joined first. This is by no means a permanent suspension, and we will re-open registration once we have upgraded our hardware and servers. Watch this space! Apologies for any inconvenience. The IICalls Management Team
